Job Summary:nWe are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join the growth team in the

Strategy & Planning role. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by setting sales targets, lead generation efforts, and incorporating data-driven insights into the planning process. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including business owners, SKU owners, and the data engineering team, to help set the foundation for our monthly and daily revenue goals.nYou will also be responsible for identifying key trends and patterns from historical sales data,nmacroeconomic factors, and other variables to build an adaptive, templated planning process. Thenrole requires strong skills in data analytics, stakeholder management,



and the ability toncommunicate complex insights clearly to both senior leadership and ground-level teams.

Key Responsibilities:n● Spearhead monthly and daily sales target setting for complete portfolion● Identify patterns from past performance & integrate findings into revenue forecastsn● Assist in driving revenue and conducting root cause analysis (RCA)n● Collaborate with business owners, SKU owners & data engineering team to align on metricsn● Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadershipn● Standardize and templatize the planning process, ensuring efficiency and scalabilityn● Continuously refine the sales planning process and ensure alignment with company goals

Experience:n● 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, business planning, product analytics, or ansimilar rolen● Experience in sales-driven, fast-paced organizations or consulting firmsn● Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
