POSITION SUMMARY:nThe Senior Analyst, Strategic Resource Planning is responsible for building and maintaining forward-looking (90 days to 1 year) supply and demand plans across NBD and CBS to protect customer experience while optimizing cost (OPEX/CAPEX) and partner spend.

This role translates operational signals into actionable capacity strategies, produces scenarios and financial impact views, and supports workforce evolution initiatives that improve how TELUS plans, staffs, and delivers field services across lines of business and various products.

Working in close partnership with Tactical RP, Dispatch/Field Operations, Finance, Product, and Partner teams, the Senior Analyst drives clarity on constraints, trade-offs, and decisions needed to meet service commitments and growth targets.

Experience

n

5–7+ years in resource planning, workforce planning, strategy/analytics, operations planning, or a related role in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.nExperience building forecasts, models,



and scenarios using large datasets; demonstrated ability to translate insights into decisions and actions.nExperience influencing cross-functional partners and operating within structured governance and planning cadences.

Technical Skills

n

Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and analytical methods (trend, variance, sensitivity/scenario analysis).nStrong data literacy, including the ability to work with large datasets and build repeatable reporting/insight views (BI tools and SQL are assets).nSAP ProficiencynComfort working with planning tools and operational systems; ability to define requirements and test improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
