About the Role:

n

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our global finance transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Finance (FICO), extensive hands-on configuration experience, and proven expertise in S/4HANA end-to-end implementations. This is a high-impact role that requires both technical excellence and robust stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead the design, build, and deployment of SAP Finance solutions across multi-country and multi-entity environments.
- Define and implement scalable finance architectures balancing global standards with local compliance.
- Configure core SAP Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, and Controlling.
- Drive end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment.
- Manage integrations with legacy ERP systems and external platforms, ensuring data consistency and reconciliation.




- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- Identify gaps in standard SAP processes and design custom solutions (RICEFW, interfaces, enhancements) aligned with business needs.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

n

- 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong FICO expertise.
- At least 2 full S/4HANA implementation cycles (Greenfield or Brownfield) with hands-on involvement.
- Deep knowledge of organizational structure setup, ledgers, multi-currency configuration, fiscal year variants, segment reporting, and master data governance.
- Strong experience in Controlling & Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Proven ability to manage integrations, custom enhancements, and complex financial processes.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and team collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

n

- SAP FICA / BRIM / Convergent Invoicing experience.
- Treasury & Banking module expertise, including Bank Communication Management (BCM).
