As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in optimizing resource utilization, ensuring efficient project staffing, and driving resource forecasting initiatives. Primary purpose of this profile:nWe are seeking an experienced Resource Management qualified with 5–8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or product organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing staff allocation, capacity planning, bench management, and utilization to ensure optimal workforce efficiency.nThis role requires strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive data-driven resource planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:nManage and lead resource allocation, demand, and supply to ensure optimal utilization and timely project fulfillment.nCollaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to understand staffing needs, project timelines, and skill requirements.nTrack and monitor resource availability, skill inventory,



and capacity to proactively identify gaps and recommend hiring or training initiatives.nWork closely with cross-functional teams including L&D;, HR, Finance, and other shared services as part of resource management responsibilities.nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders; provide regular updates to leadership to support decision-making.nCoordinate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR teams to support seamless onboarding of resources.nFacilitate workforce planning aligned with business demand and supply, ensuring timely fulfillment.nEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to staffing and resource management.nOperate effectively with a high degree of autonomy and independence in a dynamic environment.

Required QualificationsnBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).nMinimum

n

5 years of experience in resource management, preferably with

n

Big 4 or Tier-1 services/consulting organizations .nStrong understanding of resource utilization, bench management, and demand-supply capacity forecasting.nExcellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a complex business environment.nProficiency in resource management tools and MS Office Suite, including reporting and dashboarding.nFamiliarity with IT industry resource management practices, skills, and emerging technologies.
