Sr Data Management Analyst to join a large, global financial services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation programme. The team is building a new Centre of Excellence focused on modernising data workflows, enhancing data quality, and migrating legacy systems into a next‑generation data platform.

As part of the Ratings Platform Development team, this role supports the design and adoption of contemporary data processes and workflows that will scale across the organisation globally. The successful candidate will partner with product teams, technology, data owners, process teams, and UX groups to harmonise data requirements, streamline data usage, and support the creation of a fully modernised data ecosystem.

Responsibilities Include:nAssisting in the development of harmonised data requirements across key product workflowsnSupporting the definition of data concepts, reference data and effective data usage practicesnPartnering with technology and data teams to support modern database structures, data migration,



and data governance activitiesnCollaborating with business partners to identify required data and map end‑to‑end data lineagenIdentifying, cleansing, validating and migrating data from legacy systems to modern infrastructuresnSupporting the development and monitoring of KPIs for data processes and data qualitynContributing to consistent frameworks for managing data change across the organisationnUsing SQL to extract, analyse and assess datanReviewing datasets to identify patterns, recommend normalisation/standardisation, and provide insights

Must‑Have Requirements Include:nStrong background in data management and data transformationnHands-on experience with data migration activitiesnExperience with Master Data Management and Data Governance tools (e.g., Collibra)nProficiency in SQLnFinancial services experiencenUnderstanding of database structures, data lineage, data governance reportingnExperience gathering and interpreting data requirements from end usersnAbility to communicate complex data concepts clearly and simplynPlusses Include:nExperience working with unstructured datanKnowledge of AI systemsnAbility to mentor peers
