Technology Portfolio Analyst to play a critical role in managing and governing our technology portfolio.

Role OverviewnThis is a key role responsible for operationalizing

n

Technology Portfolio Resource Management and ensuring both strategic and tactical alignment across initiatives. You will work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to drive prioritization, funding, resourcing, and successful delivery of projects.

n

Key ResponsibilitiesnManage end-to-end technology portfolio including demand intake, prioritization, and executionnFacilitate ideation, request intake, and evaluation of recent technology demandsnDrive business case development, project charters, and value realization frameworksnEnsure optimal resource allocation based on priorities and availabilitynOversee project funding, financial tracking, and budget adherencenMonitor actuals vs forecast vs approved budgets and resolve variancesnEnable governance, approvals, and compliance across the portfolio lifecyclenCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget,



and high-quality deliverynBuild strong relationships with internal teams, sponsors, and external partnersnDrive continuous improvement and ensure data accuracy across portfolio reporting

What We’re Looking FornMinimum

n

5+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or technology operationsnStrong experience in technology planning, portfolio governance, and resource managementnHands-on exposure to portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview preferred)nGood understanding of

n

Agile methodologies and application portfolio managementnStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking IT financialsnExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsnAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage competing prioritiesnStrong problem-solving and analytical mindset

n

EducationnBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

n
