- *Overview of the Role:**
nThe Partner Manager is responsible for managing a defined set of Sales Partners and driving customer acquisition through them. This is a frontline role focused on partner relationship management, sales execution, and ensuring partners are equipped to sell client s product (HR domain) effectively.n
The role requires close collaboration with partners to drive pipeline generation, customer conversions, and ensure adherence to client product in operating, ethical, and compliance standards.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned Sales Partners.
- Enable partners with product knowledge, sales tools, and engagement processes.
- Drive customer acquisition targets through partner-led sales.
- Support partners in conducting product demos with backend teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for implementation and onboarding support.
- Ensure partners adhere to contracts, payment terms, and compliance guidelines.
- Track partner performance against defined target.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within partner accounts.
- Participate in demand generation and joint marketing activities with partners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention metrics are met.
- *Roles & Boundaries**
- *What This Role Owns:**
- Partner relationship management for assigned Sales Partners.
- Achievement of acquisition and revenue targets through partners.
- Partner enablement and operational coordination.
- Customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Compliance to contracts and payment discipline.
- *What This Role Does NOT Own:**
- Partner recruitment strategy and regional business planning.
- Product pricing and commercial approvals beyond defined limits.
- Backend implementation ownership (coordination only).
- Creation of core marketing content.
- *Key Skills & Competencies:**

- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of channel sales operations.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
