- *Job Description & Summary:** As Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Skilled skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- *Responsibilities:**

nMust have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customern

Must have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.

n

Create an absence time type and a time account type.

n

Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees

n

Must have independently led the design workshops for customer

n

Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices

n

Must have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central .

n

Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location

n

Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform

n

Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd Party Payroll and other systems

n

Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central

n
