As Digital Services Manager, you will lead a globally distributed Digital Services team based primarily in India and other locations. You will drive the strategy and execution of Events Websites, Mobile Apps, and Virtual/Hybrid solutions on the Cvent platform.

You will be accountable for scaling our digital attendee experience offerings, establishing operational excellence across time zones, and driving business growth through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

- *What You ll Do**
- *People Management & Team Leadership**
- Lead a high-performing, globally distributed Digital Services team
- Able to lead coaching, mentoring, budgeting, planning, quality assurance, and performance metrics across multiple time zones
- Drive a strong client-centric attitude and accountability across the team
- Develop effective practices and collaboration that support business growth
- *Products, Solutions & Strategy**
- Develop and implement strategy for digital products (Events Websites, Mobile Apps, Virtual/Hybrid solutions) that drive innovation
- Gather and leverage customer feedback to advise product decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Document and share customer success stories and best practices
- *Business Growth & Commercial Execution**




- Drive solutions adoption across GBT M&E; clients
- Build positive relationships with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams
- Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Act as point of accountability for revenue growth across the solutions portfolio
- *Stakeholder Management**
- Operate as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate optimally across a matrixed, global organization
- Handle key client relationships and escalations
- *What We re Looking For**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of confirmed experience in Product Development, Customer Success, Operations, or Program Management roles
- 4+ years of people management experience in a team environment
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across geographically distributed teams
- Experience handling virtual teams across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience building or managing solutions on Cvent platform (event websites, mobile apps, virtual meetings)
- Experience in M&E; (Meetings & Events) technology or SaaS environments
- Experience leading customer programs in global environments
- Shown ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
