Position Summary The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that reflect the luxury, excitement, and sophistication of the Della brand. The role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, brand consistency, storytelling, and experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

nDesign high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ads, website banners, emailers, and promotional assets.n

Create print collateral such as brochures, standees, event invites, menus, tent cards, signage, and resort branding materials.

n

Develop visual concepts for luxury weddings, MICE events, adventure promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

n

Work closely with the marketing, content, events, and sales teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging visual communication.

n

Maintain and evolve the brand identity guidelines across all customer touchpoints.

n

Design presentation decks, pitch proposals, and event mockups for internal and client-facing use.

n

Support photoshoot and video teams with storyboards, mood boards, overlays, and graphic elements.

n

Collaborate with vendors/printers to ensure accurate execution of printed materials.

n

Stay updated with design trends, luxury hospitality aesthetics, and social media best practices.

n

Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

n





Bachelor s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

n

2 5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, travel, or events.

n

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).

n

Positive understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

n

Experience designing for both digital and print production.

n

Knowledge of motion graphics, reels, and short-form social media creatives is preferred.

n

Ability to understand brand tone and convert ideas into premium visual storytelling.

n

Excellent time management and communication skills.

n

Preferred Candidate Profile

nPrior experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, weddings, nightlife, F&B;, or experiential brands.n

Strong portfolio showcasing premium lifestyle or hospitality design work.

n

Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.

n

Comfortable working on-site in Lonavala and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

n
