- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets within the park or resort.n

Responsibilities include ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining service standards, managing inventory, overseeing staff performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing guest queries or concerns.



The Food and Beverage Supervisor will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

- *Qualifications**
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to guide, support, and manage team members effectively.
- Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in the food and beverage industry to maintain high-quality operations.
- Experience in Food Service and handling various aspects of dining experiences, including coordination of kitchen and service staff.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and deliver memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health compliance standards is a plus.
