✅ Role SummarynThe Analyst – FP&A; will support the incentive management process, data reconciliation, revenue validation, and preparation of monthly financial reports. The role requires robust analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operational insights.

✅ Key ResponsibilitiesnSupport preparation of incentive eligibility across factories based on defined criteria.nManage reconciliation between manual DPR and e-DPR systems and provide accurate impact assessments .nAssist in CM (Cost Management)



verification.nPerform revenue validation for ancillary units and ensure accurate incentive payout calculations.nContribute to the preparation of SOPs for incentive release methodology.nProvide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on operational trends.nPrepare monthly MIS reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy.
