ARCHER’s core offerings are post-settlement Healthcare Lien Resolution Administration and QSF (Qualified Settlement Fund) Administration and payments processing for multi-claimant (mass tort and class action) litigation. Other services include claims administration, single event lien resolution, probate and bankruptcy coordination, release administration, medical records review, and plaintiff fact sheet and other intake/census preparation and management. ARCHER enables law firms to focus on their litigation while ensuring that critical pre-settlement and post-settlement administration documents, services, business analytics and reporting are handled efficiently and effectively.

POSITION SUMMARY

n





The Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the information of the QSF to current status without any discrepancy. Any request from US team needs to attain and fulfill within 24 hours of SLA. Also, he will ensure that payment disbursed to claimants or vendors within defined TAT. The transaction of funds needs to maintain accurately so that there isn’t any financial loss because of over payment. He needs to prepare the monthly report reflecting the accurate status of payment and deliver the same to law firm.

Responsibilities

n

Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the data in relation to cash inflow and outflow of Qualified Settlement Funds.nGenerating the monthly report with 100% accuracy within stipulated time frame.nUpdating the system with the claimant level informationnPerforming administrative duties following SOP and checklist ensuring 100% quality outcome.nCo-ordinating with the US counterparts in case of any discrepancy and resolving the issue.nDealing with inter-department members for smooth running of the process.nAdhering to company policies/ARCHER principles and hence taking good care of Archer culture.

Qualifications

n

Graduation (Bachelors) degree with Accounting/Commerce background.n2+ years skilled hands-on finance/data management experience, Bank or ledger reconciliation experience is preferred.nAdvanced Excel skills: X-Lookup, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, Index etc.nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.nIntermediate knowledge of Data analysis & Interpretation.nAccounting/Finance basic concepts.
