Job Purpose
n
The BOSC Finance Senior Analyst will assume a critical role in driving financial excellence within the Business Operations and Supply Chain (BOSC) function. This position requires a seasoned finance professional to provide advanced financial analysis, strategic insights, and decision support to optimize BOSC's financial performance.
n
This position serves as the Finance business partner for BOSC, overseeing all financial activities related to BOSC. This role includes managing MFC, Capex, Logistic Costs, Inventory management etc.
n
Daily: ad-hoc support such as logistic footprint, business cases for cost savings
n
Monthly: Month-end closing, performance review, forecast for YTG
n
Yearly: annual budget/zero-based budgeting
n
Key Responsibilities
n
1.
n
Strategic
n
Planning (FP&A;):
n
Develop, align, and maintain BOSC financial metrics in collaboration with leadership to support business strategy.
n
Conduct external benchmarking to inform and enhance BOSC strategic planning.
n
Quantify and establish targets for long-term BOSC financial objectives.
n
Identify risks and opportunities to improve value management and reduce costs.
n

Capital
n
Investment (FP&A;):
n
Review and analyze BOSC capital portfolio performance against business expectations.
n
Identify and recommend changes required to align capex/commitment requirements with evolving business strategies.
n
Provide financial expertise for inventory optimization analysis and asset/network optimization opportunities.
n
Conduct in-depth capital project studies and evaluate project performance.
n
- Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (FP&A;):
n
Collect, analyze, and consolidate budgeting and forecasting data for COGS inventory, base capital, BOSC SG&A;, and depreciation.
n
Update and enhance forecast models and assumptions for IBP cost, inventory, and base capital.
n
Develop comprehensive documentation, commentary, and scenario analysis for COGS.
n
Conduct detailed ad-hoc variance and scenario analysis, including zero-based budgeting initiatives.
n

Management
n
Reporting (FP&A;):
n
Align key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reporting/dashboards related to BOSC performance.
n
Prepare and publish insightful BOSC performance management materials, including commentary and key insights.
n
Conduct thorough variance analysis, evaluating COSG cost performance and providing actionable recommendations.
n
Perform internal and external competitor benchmarking analysis.
n
Generate ad-hoc analysis as needed for performance measurement and operational and supply chain insights.
n
Qualifications
n
CA Qualified, with at least 10 years of experience in same domain.
n
Proven experience as a financial analyst, preferably in a senior or lead capacity within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
n
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
n
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
n
Robust interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
n
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial planning software, and ERP systems.
