Job Title Branch Head - Hoshiarpur Punjab Company JK FINANCIERS JKF Location Hoshiarpur Punjab Job Type Full-time Industry NBFC Finance Vehicle Battery Loans About JK FINANCIERS JKF JK FINANCIERS JKF is a fast-growing finance company providing loans for E-rickshaw batteries vehicle-related products and allied financing solutions through dealer networks across Punjab We are expanding our branch operations and looking for an ambitious Branch Head to lead our Hoshiarpur branch Role Overview The Branch Head will be responsible for overall branch operations dealer onboarding loan disbursal growth portfolio quality and team handling The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field sales finance dealer management and branch-level leadership Key Responsibilities Business Development Growth Build and expand dealer network in Hoshiarpur and nearby areas Generate loan business through dealers E-rickshaw batteries allied finance products Achieve monthly targets for disbursal and dealer activation Conduct market visits and improve JKF brand presence Branch Operations Manage end-to-end branch workflow enquiry verification approval disbursal Ensure file documentation and compliance are properly maintained Track daily pipeline and maintain performance MIS Risk Fraud Control Ensure strict verification standards to prevent fraud and fake files Review loan files and ensure proper documentation before disbursal Monitor portfolio performance and take action to control delinquency Collections Support Coordinate with collections team for follow-ups and overdue recoveries Visit delinquent cases and resolve dealer customer issues when required Team Handling Train and manage branch staff operator tele caller field executive Conduct daily reviews and weekly performance planning Eligibility Requirements Minimum 2-5 years experience in NBFC Finance Microfinance Two-wheeler or vehicle loan segment Experience handling dealers field sales branch operations is mandatory Must have knowledge of Punjab market preferably Hoshiarpur region Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills Comfortable with field travel and dealer visits Candidate must have a two-wheeler mandatory Preferred Candidates Experience as Branch Manager Team Leader Sales Manager in NBFC Banking Sector Strong local dealer network in Hoshiarpur Candidates with prior work in e-rickshaw financing battery financing will be preferred Salary Incentives Fixed Salary As per experience Attractive monthly incentives based on disbursal performance Growth opportunity in a rapidly expanding company How to Apply Apply on Indeed or share your resume on WhatsApp Email workspace jkfinanciers com Subject Application - Branch Head Hoshiarpur Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
