Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Manager - Current Account, based in Pune City. Key responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships by providing tailored banking solutions in current accounts,



achieving assigned business targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves building and expanding a robust portfolio of current accounts, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Current Account management, banking products, and financial planning
Proficiency in customer relationship management and new client acquisition strategies
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet targets effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction
Digitally adept; experience using banking software and technology-based platforms
Ability to work on-site in Pune City and collaborate effectively within a team
Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
