Role Description

This is a full time, in office role offering the opportunity to work on high-value tax litigation matters before the AO, CIT(A), ITAT, High Court, and Supreme Court.





Key Responsibilities:
Drafting replies, submissions, and legal documents
Preparing paper books and coordinating appeal filings
Assisting senior associates in client representation
Supporting business development and compliance matters

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant / Advocate with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
Prior experience in Direct Tax matters preferred
Proficiency in research tools like Taxmann, TaxSutra, Manupatra, etc.
Solid written & verbal communication
