This role involves managing laptop and mobile device procurement, vendor relationships, service coordination, and strategic lifecycle management. The ideal candidate combines strong financial management skills with deep technical knowledge, enabling productive cost control and seamless service delivery. This role will be day-to-day execution and oversight across laptop and mobile device procurement, lifecycle management, vendor performance, and operational reporting to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
Duration: 3+ months Work Mode: Remote Experience Required: 8+ years Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hardware & mobility procurement: Manage requisitions through fulfillment for laptops, mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and mobility services; perform quote comparisons, vendor selection support, and purchase order tracking in alignment with policies and controls.




Vendor management & service coordination: Serve as primary operational liaison to suppliers and service partners; manage escalations, track deliverables
SLA management: Define, track, and report performance against SLAs/OLAs for procurement, fulfillment, incident/request turnaround, and lifecycle activities; drive remediation plans as needed.
Budgeting & financial tracking: Track hardware/mobility spend, forecast demand, reconcile invoices/chargebacks (as applicable), and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Reporting (Power BI/Excel): Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on inventory, spend, vendor performance, SLA adherence, and lifecycle metrics using Power BI and advanced Excel.
