? Program Overview

As a Venttup Engineer Trainee, you will:

- Work on real-world new part development (NPD) projects
- Contribute to import localisation and indigenisation initiatives
- Gain exposure to DeepTech manufacturing and advanced engineering domains
- Be part of projects in Defence, Aerospace, Robotics, EV, and Renewable Energy
- Collaborate directly with founders, industry experts, and global customers

? Key Responsibilities (Across Roles)





- Support recent part development lifecycle – from concept to production
- Assist in vendor identification, sourcing, and localisation projects
- Work on engineering design, drawings, and validation (for Design roles)
- Engage in market research, customer outreach, and business expansion (for Sales/BD roles)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives in Defence indigenisation and robotics applications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects
- Drive innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Industrial / Production Engineering
- Or related fields
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong interest are welcome)
