Work Location : Dombivli Purpose of the Position : To ensure the smooth operation & plant Maintenance of all installed equipment’s, to run the business /operation smoothly. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for Mechanical maintenance operation of plant.



Ensure schedules for repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment for continuous production operations. Ensure preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff. Coordinates with plant engineers and plant in-charge for planning regular maintenance activity. Identify need base training to develop team’s soft & on job skills. Motivate team to participate in cost savings initiatives. To ensure operating machines and equipment’s for conformance with operational standards. Closely monitor engineering performance to run the plant machinery /equipment’s with optimum resources. Review on provided budget and timeline for completion of planned / unplanned activity so that it should not go beyond given limit.
