We are looking for an execution specialist in leadership hiring who thrives on closing high-impact mandates. This role is focused entirely on mandate delivery —ideal for someone who enjoys deep search, stakeholder management, and closing senior roles.

You will work on CXO / senior leadership mandates across high-growth companies, partnering closely with internal business leaders who own client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end execution of leadership mandates (Director to CXO level)
Take detailed role briefs / downloads from clients and translate them into sharp search strategies
Build high-quality pipelines through market mapping, headhunting, and networking
Drive candidate engagement, evaluation, and closure




Manage client communication and expectations throughout the lifecycle of the mandate
Ensure robust candidate experience and relationship management
Maintain high ownership on timelines, quality, and closure metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile
4–10 years of experience in executive search / leadership hiring
Solid track record of closing senior mandates (Director / VP / CXO level)
Excellent stakeholder management (clients + senior candidates)
Sharp market mapping and headhunting skills
High ownership mindset with ability to run mandates independently
Comfortable working in a remote, high-accountability workplace
