About the Role

We are hiring a General Manager – MEP Design to lead high-impact engineering design initiatives across large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a pure design leadership role (not site or construction-focused), requiring deep technical expertise and strong team management capabilities.

The role involves driving end-to-end MEP design strategy, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering complex projects aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MEP design teams across multiple large-scale projects
Drive HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical system design and coordination
Collaborate with architects, civil teams, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with international codes and design standards
Oversee project timelines, quality, and design deliverables
Mentor and develop engineering teams

Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10+ years of pure MEP design experience (non-site role)




Minimum 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role
Experience managing teams of at least 5–10 members
Robust expertise in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical systems
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Dialux, Amtech, ETAP
Experience leading MEP design for large infrastructure projects (Airports, Metro, Hospitals, etc.)
Background in engineering consultancy environments

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international projects and global design codes
Exposure to data center or hyperscale infrastructure projects
Experience working with global delivery or consulting teams

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days (buyout option available)
