We’re seeking a

Senior Analyst – Pricing

to support global pursuits and commercial decision‑making in a fast‑paced skilled services environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping competitive pricing strategies through analytics, benchmarking, and robust stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do Support end‑to‑end pricing for global pursuits, RFPs, and fee proposals Build and analyze pricing models using rate cards, fees, and assumptions across geographies Apply inflation adjustments and develop indicative and scenario‑based pricing Review and challenge member‑firm quotes to drive optimal commercial outcomes Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis using historical and market data Partner with engagement teams and global stakeholders to resolve pricing queries Maintain pricing databases and support automation and pricing tool enhancements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 3–4 years’ experience in pricing, ideally within IT or professional services Robust analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills Experience with competitive tenders and pricing databases Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment Nice to Have Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools Knowledge of financial statements, tax concepts, or pricing automation Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
