Role Overview

n

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant to support ongoing initiatives at a large US-based enterprise. This role will focus heavily on SuccessFactors Talent modules with exposure to Employee Central and the Talent Intelligence Hub.

n

The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise across core Talent processes and is comfortable working with global stakeholders during US business hours.

n

Responsibilities

n

- Support and enhance SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
- Work with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Talent processes
- Provide functional expertise across:

n

oPerformance & Goals (PMGM)

n

oRecruiting oOnboarding oTalent modules and Talent Intelligence Hub

n

- Support Employee Central-related Talent functionality, including:

n

oConceptual understanding of EC Time Off

n

- Participate in discussions around system improvements, integrations,



and best practices
- Collaborate with technical and business teams across time zones
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and functional testing as required

n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- Robust hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management

n

•Experience with Employee Central

n

•Exposure to or experience with Talent Intelligence Hub

n

•Experience with PMGM modules

n

•Recruiting and onboarding experience

n

•Solid conceptual understanding of EC Time Off

n

•Global SuccessFactors experience (no country-specific restrictions)

n

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with US-based teams

n

Nice to Have

n
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise implementations
- Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models
