We are looking for a skilled Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle SCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle SCM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure Oracle SCM modules based on client needs
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations
Conduct CRP sessions, UAT support, and end-user training
Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and standards
Work closely with stakeholders across procurement, inventory, and logistics functions
Required Skills and Expertise
Solid experience in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS SCM
Hands-on experience in modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Supply Planning
Experience in at least 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations
Solid understanding of supply chain business processes
Ability to create BRDs, FDDs, and other functional documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or MBA
Oracle SCM Certification is an added advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
