Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A;)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Finance Analyst (FP&A;) to join our finance team. This role will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across clients, campaigns, and internal operations. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of an advertising/agency business, including project-based revenue, media spends, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting
Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Work closely with business teams (client servicing, media, creative) to align financial targets
Track budget vs actuals and assist in variance analysis

Revenue & Cost Analysis
Analyze revenue across clients, campaigns, and business verticals
Track media spends, vendor payouts, and project-level profitability
Support evaluation of pricing models, retainers, and margins

Business Performance Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
Provide data-driven insights on profitability, cost optimization,



and business performance
Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement

Client & Project Profitability
Analyze client-level and campaign-level profitability
Support account teams with financial insights to improve decision-making
Assist in identifying opportunities for cost control and revenue optimization

Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR, media buying)
Support senior leadership with financial analysis and reporting
Work closely with the accounts team to ensure data accuracy

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred)
2–7 years of experience in FP&A; / financial analysis (agency or media background preferred)
Positive understanding of project-based financials and revenue recognition
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial tools/ERP is a plus
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
