nResponsibilities: The HR Specialist role at yMedia requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least 1 year of HR experience. The primary focus of this position is to support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance. The HR Specialist will work closely with internal teams to foster a positive work workplace and contribute to the organization’s growth.n
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Oversee onboarding and HR administration by handling new hire documentation, orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, and responding to general HR inquiries.
Coordinate training and development initiatives while assisting with compliance tasks, audits, and adherence to labor laws and company policies.




Support employee relations and engagement efforts through internal communications, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives.
Handle HR metrics, reporting, and miscellaneous administrative tasks while actively participating in team meetings

Skills and Qualifications

n
Detail-oriented and proactive individual with prior HR or administrative experience.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
Knowledge of Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, Web3 or of Fintech Industry is a big plus
