Job Summary

n

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in designing and implementing integrations between SuccessFactors and external systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Integration Center , and hands-on experience integrating with systems such as ADP and SAP HCM .

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems (e.g., ADP, SAP HCM, third-party vendors).
- Build and manage integrations using Integration Center , OData APIs , and file-based interfaces .
- Handle inbound and outbound data flows including employee master data, payroll, and organizational data.
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot failures,



and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and system changes impacting integrations.
- Maintain documentation for all integration processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience n

- 8–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a solid focus on integrations .
- Hands-on experience with Integration Center (mandatory).
- Experience integrating with ADP , SAP HCM , or other payroll/HR systems.
- Knowledge of OData APIs , REST/SOAP web services , and SFTP/file-based integrations .
- Strong understanding of HR business processes (Employee Central, Payroll).
- Experience in data migration, transformation, and error handling.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus.
