Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Senior Consultant | Bengaluru having 10+years to lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, reconciliation, and data integration , along with the ability to work closely with finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
Configure and manage ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud)
Design and implement financial consolidation and reconciliation processes
Handle data integration using FDMEE / Data Management tools
Perform system configurations, data mappings, and validations
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across financial systems
Support testing,



deployment, and post-go-live activities
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system enhancements

Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations
Hands-on expertise in ARCS and FCCS modules
Proven experience in end-to-end EPM implementations
Robust knowledge of data integration (FDMEE / Data Management)
Experience in system configuration, data validation, and financial processes
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance & IT)

Positive-to-Have Skills
Exposure to other EPM modules like PBCS / EPBCS
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Groovy )
Experience in ERP integrations (Oracle / SAP)
Understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes
