This is an ideal role for someone starting their career or with up to 2 years of experience who’s eager to learn and grow in a client-facing environment.You’ll be responsible for keeping our customers engaged, coordinating meetings with senior CSMs, and supporting quarterly business reviews to ensure our customers are achieving success with our platform.Key Responsibilities:Stay actively engaged with customers to maintain solid relationships and ensure overall satisfaction.Schedule and coordinate key meetings such as check-ins,
and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the senior Customer Success Managers.Track customer usage and milestones to identify opportunities for increased engagement or support.Prepare reports and assist in compiling data and insights for QBRs and customer presentations.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meeting schedules in our CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.Assist in collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the broader team to improve our service and offerings.
