Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract

Reporting Relationship: Manager Fellowship --> Chief Human Resource Officer and State Program Heads (Jharkhand & Odisha)
n
Location: Position is based out at Jamshedpur, however will also oversee the fellowship execution across Jharkhand and Odisha.
n
Purpose of the Role: To drive the fellowship engagement model, ensuring fellows’ comprehensive development, learning outcomes, managing end‑to‑end program operations, and addressing support and grievance needs for a seamless, impactful fellowship experience.

Key Deliverables:
n
- Anchor and coordinate all learning and mentoring initiatives of fellows.
- Designing and implementing training curriculum, workshops, boot camps, and blended learning programs that enhance the leadership and domain competencies of the Fellows.
- Identifying the developmental needs of the Fellows and redesigning, when necessary, the fellowship content to meet those needs.
- Monitoring the progress of fellows in their assigned blocks through weekly virtual debriefs, one-on-one conversations, facilitation of the reflection spaces, leadership journeys,
and growth-oriented conversations.
- Ensure alignment between program intervention outcomes and the fellow’s structured learning and growth design.
- Develop a cluster level mentoring group within the program team to facilitate effective coordination and strengthen the domain competencies among fellows.

Collaborate closely with State Heads to ensure uninterrupted achievement of SWASTH program deliverables by Fellows.
n
- Analysing data and metrics to track the holistic development and growth of each fellow and identifying areas for improvement.
- Respond to any workplace, personal, or cultural adjustment challenges of Fellows.
- Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership teams on the performance of fellowship.
- The role entails extensive travel and extended stays in rural areas where Fellows are deployed.
- Lead all aspects of Fellowship recruitment, onboarding, retention, graduation, and alumni engagement.
- Support the creation and dissemination of Fellowship publications (impact posters, case studies, etc).

Minimum Qualification:
n
Post Graduate from reputed institutions.
n
Minimum Work experience in years: 3-10 Years of relevant experience.
