As a Quantitative Analytics Analyst on the Consumer and Community Banking Fraud Prevention Optimization Strategy team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in reducing the cost of fraud and enhancing customer experience. **Role Overview:**
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data to identify underlying risk dynamics, trends, and opportunities. Your focus will be on reducing fraud-related losses and improving customer experience by developing and implementing optimal fraud strategies across the credit card fraud lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Formulate problem statements and provide concise conclusions based on data analysis
- Utilize advanced analytical and mathematical techniques to solve complex business problems
- Develop and communicate optimal fraud strategies to reduce losses and enhance customer experience
- Identify key risk indicators, develop metrics, and enhance reporting to challenge current business practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address key business challenges
- Provide data insights and performance updates to business partners
- Champion the use of the latest technology and tools to drive value across the organization

**Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field or 1 year of risk management or quantitative experience
- Background in Engineering, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SAS, or SQL
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience delivering recommendations to leadership




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact effectively across departments and functions

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- MS degree in a quantitative field or 2 or more years of risk management or quantitative experience
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS and Snowflake
- Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques like Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing
