Job Title: Liaisoning Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Mumbai (only local candidates preferred)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Liaisoning Executive to manage approvals, permissions, and coordination with government authorities, including ward offices of BMC and other regulatory bodies. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of all statutory compliances for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle liaisoning work with BMC ward offices and departments
- Follow up with government authorities for file movement and clearances
- Maintain strong relationships with officials across departments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and DCPR guidelines
- Track status of proposals and provide regular updates
- Assist in documentation and submission of proposals
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and legal teams
- Resolve on-ground issues related to permissions and inspections





Key Authorities to Handle:

- Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (Ward Office & HO)
- Fire Department
- Water & Sewerage Department
- Collector Office / Revenue Authorities

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 3–8 years experience in liaisoning within Mumbai real estate
- Robust understanding of BMC processes and approvals
- Existing network with ward officials is highly preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Local Mumbai candidate only

Preferred Background:

- Experience with redevelopment / SRA / society projects
- Knowledge of DCPR 2034
- Worked with mid to large developers

Compensation:

Base salary of 4 to 6 LPA + performance incentives
