UNO Hotels is a growing UK hospitality group operating a portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues across key locations in England.

We are now expanding our India Corporate Office and are looking for a highly driven, commercially focused, and target-oriented Lead Generation Executive – Hotels & Restaurants to help generate current business opportunities across our UK hospitality portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident, digitally smart, and hungry to help build revenue through lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and commercial support.

This is not a passive back-office role.

We are looking for someone who can find opportunities, create conversations, build pipelines, and support revenue growth.

About the Role

As Lead Generation Executive – Hotels & Restaurants, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying new business opportunities for UNO Hotels and associated restaurant venues in the UK.

You will help generate leads and enquiries across areas such as:

- Corporate hotel bookings
- Long-stay and contractor business
- Travel trade and tour operator business
- Group room bookings
- Meetings and events enquiries
- Private dining and restaurant bookings
- Celebrations, parties, and hospitality events
- Local business partnerships
- B2B hospitality opportunities

You will work closely with management, reservations, sales, marketing, and hotel teams to support direct business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Research and identify new business opportunities for UNO Hotels and associated restaurant venues
- Build prospect lists across:
- corporate companies
- travel agents and tour operators
- event organisers
- relocation companies
- film and production companies
- contractors and project teams
- local businesses
- celebration and dining groups
- Generate qualified leads for:




- room bookings
- long-stay business
- group stays
- meetings and events
- restaurant group bookings
- private dining and special occasions

Outbound Outreach

- Carry out daily outbound outreach via:
- email
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp
- online enquiry channels
- phone calls
- Send business introductions and follow up consistently
- Support appointment setting and meeting generation for UK hotel and commercial teams
- Maintain proactive contact with warm and potential leads

Online & Commercial Support

- Monitor and respond to relevant online sales opportunities and business enquiries
- Identify online platforms, directories, business communities, and channels where new leads can be sourced
- Support the growth of direct sales opportunities across both hotels and restaurants
- Assist in building local and international lead pipelines for hospitality business

Pipeline Management & Reporting

- Maintain organised lead trackers and follow-up schedules
- Record outreach activity, lead status, responses, and next actions
- Track qualified opportunities and commercial progress
- Prepare weekly reporting on:
- leads generated
- appointments booked
- follow-ups completed
- active opportunities
- business won

Cross-Team Coordination

- Work closely with reservations, operations, marketing, and management teams
- Support the conversion of leads into confirmed business
- Help maintain a disciplined and commercially focused sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For

Essential

- Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Lead generation
- Business development
- Sales
- Hospitality sales
- Inside sales
- B2B prospecting
- Customer acquisition
- Excellent spoken and written English




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in outbound prospecting and follow-up
- Highly organised and commercially aware
- Comfortable working to daily and weekly activity targets
- Good knowledge of:
- LinkedIn
- Excel / Google Sheets
- email communication
- lead tracking / CRM-style working
- Strong internet research and prospecting ability

Preferred

- Experience in:
- hotels
- restaurants
- events
- travel
- hospitality
- corporate sales
- Understanding of room sales, event bookings, restaurant group bookings, or travel trade business
- Experience supporting UK or international markets
- Familiarity with outbound business development in a service-led industry

- Contribution to revenue opportunities
