ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. This is a target-driven sales role focused on handling inbound leads and converting them into successful event closures.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable surprise packages, and driving end-to-end sales conversion. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound leads, client consultations, pitching customized event solutions, following up with prospects, closing sales, and coordinating with clients until the successful execution of the event.
KEY RESPOSIBILITY
- Handle inbound sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Understand client requirements (occasion, budget, location, expectations) and suggest suitable surprise packages
- Actively follow up with leads via calls, and WhatsApp, to drive conversions
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-booking coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, vendors) to ensure seamless execution
- Build strong client relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of leads,
follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/tools
- Ensure high client satisfaction while meeting business goals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresher’s with bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus (Sales interest is mandatory)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of customer handling and conversion funnels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/tools is a plus
