We’re looking for 3 people to join us

Field Research & Education Interns — based out of Hubli-Dharwad, working across 27 Karnataka Public Schools (KPS) in the district.

Here’s what a typical week might look like for you:

- Visiting KPS schools across Hubli, Dharwad, Navalgund, Kalghatagi, Kundagol & HDMC
- Sitting in on classes, chatting with teachers, and understanding what’s really happening on the ground
- Conducting need assessments and documenting your findings
- Helping us shortlist 5 schools to become STEM & AI learning demonstration sites
- Co-facilitating live sessions and supporting teachers with new curriculum ideasWhy Hubli-Dharwad? Dharwad district has 9 functional KPS schools already running, and 18 more launching in 2026–27. That makes this one of the fastest-growing KPS zones in North Karnataka — and the perfect place to be right now.

- Can teach (or love talking about) Science, Math, English,



or CS & Programming
- Don’t mind getting on a bus to a village school — and actually enjoy it
- Know a bit of Kannada, or are willing to pick it up
- Write clearly and can capture what you observe in the field
- Want your work to mean something — not just fill time
