We are looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager to be responsible for the integrity of the general ledger, financial reporting, asset management, and balance sheet accuracy. This role will lead the month-end close, ensures GAAP compliance, and manages audit and internal controls.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.n
- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
n
- Oversee fixed assets and prepaid assets within Workday Asset Management.
n
- Own the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, amortization, disposals, transfers, and impairments.
n
- Manage account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entry review.
n
- Maintain capitalization policies and prepare technical accounting memos as needed.
n
- Oversee bank reconciliations and posting of bank fees.
n
- Reconcile corporate credit card liability accounts.
n
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidations.
n
- Maintain and update corporate accounting policies and procedures.
n
- Partner with FP&A; on variance analysis and financial reporting insights.
n
- Lead and develop corporate accounting staff, ensuring high-quality review and oversight.

Qualifications
n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.n
- CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
n
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience working with or for U.S.-based companies.
n
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with demonstrated experience applying accounting principles in a US corporate environment.
n
- Experience supporting global accounting operations, including cross-border transactions and multi-entity structures.
n
- Experience with Workday Financials (Asset Management module) is a plus.
n
- Strong expertise in general ledger management, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); PowerPoint is a plus.
n
- Solid understanding of treasury functions, cash management, and foreign exchange (FX) principles.
n
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced, multinational environment with solid communication skills across global teams.
