Overview

Cebron Global Markets is seeking a senior business development professional with experience at a leading global accounting or consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or top-tier advisory firms) to originate new client relationships globally.

n

This role is focused on sourcing companies seeking to access the U.S. private capital markets for transactions ranging from $20 million to $200 million+ across growth capital, M&A;, private credit, and strategic financing initiatives.

The Mandate

n

You will originate and develop relationships with international companies and sponsors across sectors, including:

n

- Technology
- Healthcare & Life Sciences
- Consumer & Industrial
- Energy & Power
- Infrastructure & Media

n

These clients are seeking access to U.S. capital but require proper positioning and readiness before engaging investors.

n

- Build a proprietary pipeline of international clients seeking U.S. capital access

Profile

n

- Former business development, coverage, or origination qualified from a major accounting or consulting firm
- Existing network of international corporates, sponsors, or family offices
- Strong understanding of capital markets, M&A;, or advisory services
- Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
