Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore for an Application and Service Engineer specializing in EDM/WEDM. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for EDM/WEDM machining processes, conducting field service visits, performing maintenance and repair, and offering application-related guidance to clients.



The engineer will actively engage with customers to ensure smooth machine operations and provide comprehensive service for optimized performance.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for machine tools, specifically EDM/WEDM equipment
Experience in Field Service, including on-site customer support and machine servicing
Skills in Maintenance & Repair to ensure the equipment’s long-term operability and effectiveness
Robust Communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients
Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic customer requirements
Relevant educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Prior experience in the machine tool or manufacturing industry is advantageous
