As a Systems Analyst II, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, maintain, and optimize critical business systems. You'll leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth operations of enterprise applications.Work closely with business partners to understand needs, document requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements while ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.



Your work will directly impact our ability to serve customers and advance scientific discovery.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specificationsSupport and enhance enterprise systems such as SAP (SD – OTC), ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar platformsParticipate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing and deploymentConfigure, test, and deploy system changes to production environmentsDevelop functional specifications and scenario-based test scriptsMaintain detailed process and system documentationHandle incidents and provide effective problem resolution in a timely mannerAssist in project planning, tracking, and execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesEnsure compliance with IT service management (ITSM) and change management processesIdentify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutionsProvide technical guidance and mentor junior team members where applicableManage multiple projects and priorities effectivelySupport business operations, including occasional off-hours support when requiredRequired QualificationsAdvanced Degree with no prior experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience in:Systems AnalysisBusiness AnalysisSAP Functional / IT rolesHands-on experience in SAP SD – Order-to-Cash (OTC) process , including:At least one end-to-end implementationConfiguration, testing, and production deploymentStrong understanding of:Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)Proven experience in:Writing functional specificationsCreating scenario-based test scriptsIncident handling and problem-solving
