Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience




- Strong experience in Salesforce Order Management not CPQ Order management
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile or consulting environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Automation, Security, Reports, etc.)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

n

- Experience with Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP ERP or other ERP systems
- Understanding of API integrations and middleware
- Experience working with large enterprise Salesforce implementations

Required Certifications:

n

- Mandatory:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

- Optional (Preferred):

- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist / CPQ Admin

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Order Management solutions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ(Good to have) and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Support integration between Salesforce and ERP systems (preferably SAP).
- Configure and customize Salesforce using flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Participate in solution design, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide client demonstrations, workshops, and documentation.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions follow best practices and scalable architecture.
