Key Responsibilities

n

- Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow development.• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Conduct requirement workshops, sprint planning sessions, and UAT sessions.
- Assist in ServiceNow platform upgrades, enhancements, and current feature rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance guidelines.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and ServiceNow technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM frameworks.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities, modules, and platform functionality.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
