We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Tester with strong knowledge of Australian payroll processes to support testing activities during a SuccessFactors implementation project. The consultant will be responsible for executing payroll testing cycles, validating payroll results, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation. More details as below.

Work Location: India (Remote)

Contract Period: 2 months, extendable - Potential for Permanent Conversion

n

Shift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm IST

n

Allocation : 20 to 40 hours per week

n

Required Skills & Experience

n

- 5+ years of experience in payroll testing , preferably in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements .
- Hands-on experience with payroll testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and parallel payroll runs .
- Experience with EC–ECP replication and payroll integrations .
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps .
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

n
- Execute payroll testing cycles including Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT),



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform parallel payroll testing and validate results against legacy systems.
- Identify, log, and track defects, and support resolution with functional and technical teams.
- Validate Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) replication and integrations.
- Review payroll calculations related to PAYG tax, superannuation, allowances, and statutory deductions .
- Maintain test documentation, test cases, and test results.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll validation
