We’re hiring an experienced SAP HR Consultant with strong expertise across Payroll and/or Time Management to join a leading global HR solutions environment.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across international clients, driving process optimisation, system design, and delivery of SAP HR solutions in complex landscapes.

The Role

n

You’ll operate as a functional expert across SAP HR, partnering with clients to analyse, design, and deliver scalable HR solutions.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

- Analyse and optimise client HR and payroll processes across multiple countries
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Design and configure SAP HR (Payroll, Time, schemas, pre/post payroll)
- Lead solution design, prototyping, and client presentations
- Support full lifecycle delivery: configuration, testing, deployment
- Resolve complex functional and legislative issues across different regions
- Act as a subject matter expert within SAP HR




- Support stakeholders and provide ongoing system guidance
- Contribute to pre-sales and solution strategy

What We’re Looking For

n

- Solid experience in SAP HR (Payroll and/or Time Management)
- Polish payroll experience
- Solid understanding of schemas, configuration, and end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience working in multi-country / global environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Experience working with SLAs and service delivery models
- Comfortable working independently and within distributed teams

Additional Requirements

- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
- Willingness to travel when required
