Under minimal supervision, documents requirements,nuse cases, user stories, and manages technical, functional and acceptancentesting for Salesforce features and enhancements. Designs technical andnbusiness solutions based on understanding of business needs.

- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Business Systems Analyst
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Experience working on multiple project types (i.e. commercial off the shelf,nnew development, and enhancements/support)

• Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including annability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

n

- Proficient knowledge of Process and Workflow Management

n

• Organizational & time -management skills with the ability to handlenmultiple tasks and business areas.

n

- Proficient knowledge of Project Management – waterfall and Agile

n

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences (technicalnand non -technical, staff and managerial), and in a wide range of settingsn(e.g., one -on -one, small group, in person, conference calls and via e -mail).

- Basic understanding of relational database architectures and tools
