- Client Relationship Management:<\/b> Acquisition of New customers and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

- Advisory Services:<\/b> Offer expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products to help clients make informed decisions.

- Account Management:<\/b> Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy in trading and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Customer Support:<\/b> Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing timely updates on market changes and account status.

- Performance Monitoring:<\/b> Track and analyse client portfolios, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.

- Market Research:<\/b> Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and investment opportunities, sharing insights with clients regularly.

- Sales Growth:<\/b> Identify opportunities for upselling and cross -selling financial products and services to enhance client portfolios.

- Collaboration:<\/b> Work closely with internal teams (trading, compliance, research) to ensure a cohesive client experience and effective execution of trades.

Requirements<\/h3>Qualifications:<\/b>n

<\/p>
- Education:<\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (NISM) is a plus.

- Experience:<\/b> 3 -5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client advisory roles within the financial services or stock broking industry.

- Skills:<\/b>

<\/li>
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading processes.

<\/li>
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.

- Proficient in CRM software and trading platforms.
