Role Description Experience – 8 to 10 years Principal Responsibilities Perform as IT Infrastructure SME in manufacturing Enterprise IT environment Lead the installation, configuration, support and maintenance services for the Clients IT infrastructure and management of the network components. Manage and control the performance of the infrastructure to ensure that a competent service is maintained.

Lead infrastructure projects and other operational needs as required. Provide and analyse information for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance and monitoring and audit compliance DC-DR solutioning from Infrastructure Point of View Bring in the best practices for – cloud,



virtualization, WAN optimization etc.

while optimizing the TCO Ensure the implementation of security policies at infrastructure level Work towards reduction MTF and MTTR concerning the IT infrastructure Using the central document repository, to ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practice Supporting and taking ownership of ad-hoc projects to develop the capabilities of the Ideal Service Centre Supporting wider team with knowledge share, via knowledge base communications (emails, how-to guides etc.) and contribution at team meetings Critical and Must have Skills:

- Must have: Strong experience in SD-WAN, routing, and firewall administration Hands-on expertise with Fortinet Forti Gate, Forti Manager, and Forti Analyzer Experience with end-user/branch firewall management Knowledge of ILL (Internet Leased Line) setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting Experience with BGP, OSPF, IPsec VPN, NAT, VLANs, Qo S, and WAN failover Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and application routing issues Strong understanding of security policy enforcement, logging, and centralized device management Prior knowledge and experience in integration of Paulo Alto - ZTNA framework Requirements added by the job poster • 5+ years of work experience with SD-WAN • 5+ years of work experience with Fortinet
