About the Role:

eJAmerica is seeking bright, motivated graduates from reputed business schools (MBA) to join as Management Trainees . This program offers structured exposure to IT Service Delivery Management, Business Development Management, and Solutions Management. Role allocation post-probation will be based on performance and aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Learn and assist in IT service delivery operations, client engagement, and solution planning.
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and presentations.
- Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery and client objectives.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance productivity and quality of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications: n





- MBA (final-year students or recent graduates)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools .
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards).
- Strong PowerPoint skills (skilled presentations and visual storytelling).
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
