Role Overview

As a Clinical Data Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights across the clinical trial lifecycle—from study startup to closeout. You will play a key role in enabling risk-based monitoring, analytics, and visualization to support clinical development.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage analytics for 13–15 clinical studies aligned to therapeutic areas (focus on Immunology – Non-Oncology)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain RBQM components (KRIs / QTLs)
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Spotfire or similar tools)
- Perform clinical data analysis using R (R Studio)
- Support data review, risk identification, and trial monitoring activities
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear business storytelling




- Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams as an analytics consultant

Required Skills & Experience

n

- 3+ years of experience in clinical analytics / clinical research
- Solid experience with:
- R Programming (R Studio)
- Spotfire (or similar data visualization tools)
- RBQM (KRIs / QTLs)
- Stakeholder Management & Requirement Gathering
- Experience working with clinical trial data
- Strong understanding of pharma domain & clinical workflows
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

n

- Experience with Veeva Vault
- Knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Experience working with pharma clients like Merck, Pfizer, AbbVie
