Key Responsibilities

n

- Work with clients to gather business and technical requirements
- Design and implement solutions using:
- Adobe Campaign
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Configure and manage:
- Campaign workflows, journeys, and automations
- Audience segmentation and personalization strategies
- Build and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations
- Perform data modeling for customer data (XDM preferred)
- Develop and integrate solutions using APIs and SDKs

Must-Have Skills

n





- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign OR AEP/AJO
- Strong SQL & database expertise (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript & REST APIs
- Understanding of data models, ETL, and data pipelines
- Experience in campaign management / marketing automation
- Ability to work in a client-facing consulting role
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Knowledge of XDM (Experience Data Model)
- Exposure to CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts
- Experience with HTML/CSS
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing (email, web, mobile, CRM)
